Our backup servers use the highest AES encryption available to secure and synchronize data to our private servers. Hale Networks, Inc. monitors backups to ensure they are functioning but it is the industry standard for companies to test their backups monthly on their own test server. For a clean backup to occur it is important to close all database, applications and any open files nightly. Due to unforeseen circumstances such as network connection problems, open or locked files, corrupt data, overwritten data and user errors, Hale Networks, Inc. or any persons associated can not be held responsible for any loss of data that may occur.
